Our Procedure:
On alarm activation we will call your home or business, the local Police or Fire Department, 2 cell number(s) and up to 3 other phone numbers on your ‘call list’. Once we have made voice contact with you or someone on your list, we will ‘clear’ the event unless the Police or Fire Department request we re-contact you.
